My Story
Growing up, my family was really into nutrition and living a healthy, balanced life, so I’ve always cared about feeling good and looking after myself.
I first got into the field working as a phlebotomist in clinics and hospitals, seeing up to 80 patients a day. A lot of them kept coming back to me because they felt safe and comfortable.
I quickly realised I wasn’t scared of needles at all—and even enjoyed the precision of it. Over time, people kept telling me how gentle I was. Even those who had bad experiences before were surprised at how relaxed they felt with me.

I loved helping people feel better inside and out. While working as a phlebotomist at a private clinic, I learned to mix and give IV drips—and I absolutely loved it. I supported patients with cancer, Lyme disease, infertility, and more, helping them get back on track with care that felt healing, not stressful.
