Information
*
All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone, and email in order to secure an appointment.
* All clients will complete a Medical history form and or relevant consent form at their first appointment.
* All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
* Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission. You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

Appointments
* All appointments are subject to availability.
* We reserve the right to charge a deposit to hold the appointment.
* Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores, or local skin infections.
* If you are a new client please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you plenty of time to check in and fill out the required forms for your treatment or procedure. Arriving late will rob you of precious appointment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
* We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible by phone to allow us to advise the best course of action.
* We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 10 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining.
* Unfortunately, arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment, our cancellation policy will apply.
* We recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to our salon.

Cancellation Policy
* We do ask for a minimum notice of 48hrs cancellation. If the treatment packages are cancelled within this time, this will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost. If the treatment is cancelled on the day, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount.
* It is at the discretion of Youthful Living whether a refund is given on any remaining packages if the package is cancelled. Youthful Living may charge the full cost for any procedures and treatments you have had the benefit of prior to cancellation, irrespective of whether the package purchased was discounted.

Refund Policy – Services
* Once the service has been delivered it is not possible to refund the cost. Youthful Living always highlights the possible effects of the treatment prior to consent. However, if you are unsatisfied with the treatment please contact Youthful Living immediately.

Age Restrictions
* You must be 18 years or over to receive treatments or procedures, or parental consent will be required. We reserve the right to refuse to perform treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

Loss or Damage of Personal Items
* We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items at the salon. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times.

Practitioner/Staff Illness
* Unfortunately, we might have to cancel your appointments due to practitioner/staff illness and emergency. Please rest assured that in such events our first option will be to find a substitute of practitioner. In the case that we cannot do this we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.

Payment
* You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed upon, including that of any maintenance treatment before any treatment is undertaken.
* Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment. It is at the discretion of Youthful Living if a payment plan is to be offered for a course of treatments or package.
* A discretionary deposit may be taken for some treatments and in some circumstances.

Complaints
If you have a complaint please email us as soon as possible at info@youthfulliving.uk setting out in writing your complaint. Please attach any images, and or other evidence that supports your complaint. We will reply within 48 hours of receipt of the complaint.
