What is an intralipid infusion?
Intralipid is a sterile fat emulsion, made from soybean oil, egg phospholipids and glycerin, given slowly through a drip. Some fertility clinics prescribe it as part of IVF or other fertility treatment.
It’s a prescription medicine, so we give it following your clinic’s or doctor’s instructions.

Don’t have a prescription?
Some fertility clinics don’t offer intralipid infusions, so you may not be able to get a prescription or letter from yours. If that’s the case, please still get in touch. We work with trusted doctors and will see what we can do for you.
Intralipid is a prescription medicine, so it can only be given once a doctor has agreed it’s right for you.
