What is NAD+?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It plays a central part in how our cells turn the food we eat into the energy they need to function, and in the body’s natural repair processes. NAD+ levels are thought to fall as we get older.
