PRP for skin
PRP for skin in Hammersmith, London
Platelet-rich plasma, prepared from a small sample of your own blood and used to support your skin’s natural renewal. This is where our blood-draw experience meets skin care.
What is PRP?
PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. We take a small sample of your blood and spin it in a centrifuge to separate the plasma, which is rich in platelets. Platelets are best known for their role in healing. They contain growth factors, natural proteins that help signal the body’s repair and renewal processes. Applied to the skin, these growth factors are thought to support the skin’s own renewal, including the production of collagen and elastin, which help keep skin looking firm and smooth. Because PRP comes from your own blood, nothing artificial is added.

How it works
- 1
A free consultation
Every skin treatment starts with a consultation, so we understand your skin and what’s behind the concern, then recommend the treatment that’s right for you.
- 2
A small blood sample
We take a small sample of your blood, calmly and gently, and prepare the plasma.
- 3
Your treatment
The plasma is normally combined with microneedling, so it can work into the skin through the tiny channels it creates.
